Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Promoter: All Good Bananas Limited (“All Good Bananas”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1. Competition period

1.1 The All Good Bananas Giveaway (“Competition”) opens at 5:00 pm on 28 October 2026 and closes at 12:00 pm on 30 November 2026 (“Competition Period”). All times are New Zealand local time.

1.2 Entries received after the Competition closes will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 16 years or older.

2.2 Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter the Competition and accept a prize.

2.3 Employees of All Good Bananas, its associated companies, agencies and contractors directly involved in administering the Competition, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible to enter.

2.4 All Good Bananas reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility and request reasonable evidence of age and New Zealand residency.

3. How to enter

3.1 No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

3.2 To enter, eligible entrants must complete the entry form on the All Good Bananas website at https://allgoodbananas.co.nz/ during the Competition Period, provide the requested information, including a valid email address, and subscribe to the All Good Bananas newsletter.

3.3 Newsletter subscription is a condition of entry. By entering, entrants agree to receive ongoing marketing communications from All Good Bananas, including newsletters, product updates, promotions, competitions and other brand communications.

3.4 Each person may submit one entry only.

3.5 Entries must be submitted personally by the entrant. Entries submitted through automated methods, bulk-entry services or third parties will not be accepted.

3.6 Entrants must provide accurate and complete information. All Good Bananas reserves the right to disqualify entries containing false, misleading or incomplete information.

3.7 All Good Bananas reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to manipulate the Competition or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

4. Newsletter subscription and marketing

4.1 By entering the Competition and subscribing to the newsletter, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from All Good Bananas, subject to these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

4.2 Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe function included in All Good Bananas emails.

4.3 An entrant must remain subscribed to the All Good Bananas newsletter until all prize draws for the Competition have been completed. If an entrant unsubscribes before a prize draw takes place, their entry will no longer be eligible for any prize draws that have not yet taken place. Unsubscribing will not affect any prize already validly awarded to that entrant.

5. Prizes

5.1 The total prize pool has a retail value of more than NZ$10,000.

5.2 The prize pool includes one major prize valued at approximately NZ$5,000 and additional prize packs of varying values.

5.3 At least 40 prize packs are anticipated. The final number, contents and value of individual prize packs may vary.

5.4 Prize packs may contain a selection of food and beverage products, lifestyle items, accessories, vouchers and other products supplied by All Good Bananas and participating partner brands. The exact contents of each pack may not be disclosed before the draw.

5.5 All prizes are subject to availability. If a prize or prize component becomes unavailable, All Good Bananas reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value, where reasonably possible.

5.6 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, except where required by law.

5.7 Any vouchers included in a prize are subject to the issuing provider’s terms, conditions and expiry dates.

5.8 Products or vouchers supplied by participating partner brands may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by those providers.

6. Prize draws

6.1 Winners will be selected at random using a generator from eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

6.2 Additional prize pack draws will take place at various times throughout November 2026. The major prize draw will take place on 1 December 2026.

6.3 Draws will be conducted by All Good Bananas at its office at 29A Crummer Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland, New Zealand, or by an independent person appointed by All Good Bananas.

6.4 Each entrant may win a maximum of one additional prize pack. Winning an additional prize pack does not prevent an entrant from being eligible for the major prize draw, provided they remain eligible under these Terms & Conditions.

6.5 The major prize winner will be drawn from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period, including entries from people who have already won an additional prize pack, provided those entrants remain eligible at the time of the major prize draw.

6.6 If an entrant unsubscribes from the newsletter before a draw takes place, their entry will not be eligible for that draw or any subsequent draws, in accordance with clause 4.3.

6.7 All Good Bananas’ decisions regarding the Competition are final, subject to applicable law.

7. Contacting winners

7.1 Winners will be contacted by email using the address provided at entry.

7.2 Winners must respond within seven days of being contacted to claim their prize and provide any requested information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange delivery.

7.3 If a winner does not respond within seven days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or has breached these Terms & Conditions, All Good Bananas reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner. Any redraw for the major prize pack will be carried out using the same process.

7.4 All Good Bananas may request proof of identity, age and New Zealand residency before awarding a prize.

7.5 Prizes will be delivered to a New Zealand address agreed with the winner.

7.6 To the extent permitted by law, All Good Bananas is not responsible for loss or damage to a prize after it has been dispatched, or for delivery delays outside its reasonable control.

8. Winner announcements and publicity

8.1 All Good Bananas may announce winners’ names on its website, social media channels or other owned communication channels.

8.2 All Good Bananas may ask winners for permission to use their name, photograph, video, testimonial or likeness for promotional purposes. Where consent is required, it will be obtained separately, and agreeing to promotional use of an image or likeness will not be a condition of accepting a prize.

9. Privacy

9.1 Personal information collected through the Competition will be used to administer the Competition, verify eligibility, contact winners, arrange prize delivery and manage newsletter subscriptions and marketing communications.

9.2 All Good Bananas may share relevant personal information with service providers, such as email marketing and prize fulfilment providers, where reasonably necessary to administer the Competition.

9.3 Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information in accordance with applicable New Zealand law.

10. General

10.1 All Good Bananas reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.

10.2 All Good Bananas reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent, misleading or manipulative conduct.

10.3 To the extent permitted by law, All Good Bananas is not responsible for technical issues, website outages, lost entries or other failures that prevent an entry from being received.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under New Zealand law.

10.5 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

10.6 By entering the Competition, entrants confirm that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
